About Us

Soul ShāXe was born out of Scott and Rachel Penick's passion for health and fitness and for helping others on their health and fitness journeys. (They already had four kids; so they decided to birth a business for number five!)

Scott and Rachel believe everyone's health and fitness journeys last exactly the same length of time - THEIR WHOLE LIVES! To make it that far, people need sustainable habits and convenient resources that make it easy to eat healthy. We live in a time when people are so busy they literally do not have time to sit down to a healthy prepared meal - at least not every day or for every meal. Many people turn to fast food for convenience but at the sacrifice of their health. Soul ShāXe helps solve this problem by providing a delicious healthy meal that only takes about one minute to prepare.
